Product Depictions: Product depictions are as seen, and colors/styles are as accurate as photographic processing allows. CelebrationBazaar is not responsible for slight variances.
Order Cancellation: You possess the legal right to cancel an order for non-personalized items or items not made to your specifications (“bespoke items”). To cancel an order, contact us promptly at +44 7438264942 or info@celebrationbazaar.co.uk, providing your order number, details of the item(s), quantity, your reason for cancellation, and whether you seek a replacement or refund. Please also furnish us with a daytime contact telephone number.
If your product has entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes. Requests made during weekends or bank holidays will be addressed on the next working day. High volumes of customer contact may cause delays in our response.
Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel a contract for a non-personalized/bespoke item within 14 days without providing any reason.
If you cancel the contract according to the terms and conditions, we will reimburse you the agreed amount. Deductions may apply for the loss in the value of any goods supplied or delivery costs. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, contact us via email at returns@celebrationbazaar.co.uk or call 07438264942. Provide your order number, details of the item(s), reason for return, and specify whether you seek a replacement, alternative, or refund. Returns on personalized items may not be accepted unless there’s an error on our part or the item is defective.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. Please use Recorded/Special delivery for returns.
Return Timeframes:
- For ‘Non-Personalized’ items, returns can be accepted within 14 days from the received date, provided there hasn’t been an error on our part, and the item is not defective.
- Items can be returned within 30 days if defective or due to an error on our part. Refund of return costs will be processed.
Refund Process: Refunds or replacements for returned items will be processed within 14 working days.
Shipping Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time for shipping is 9-10 days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will keep you informed if any such situation arises.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any additional shipping charges for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fee for Personalized Items: For non-personalized items, CelebrationBazaar does not charge a restocking fee on returns. However, for personalized items that are returned, a restocking fee of 25% of the item’s purchase price will be applied. This fee is determined based on the nature of the customization and the extent to which the item can be resold.
We understand that each personalized item is unique, and our restocking fee is designed to cover the costs associated with the customization process. We strive to be fair and transparent in our policies, and we are committed to providing clear information about any potential fees.
