1. Explore our online catalog and select a few invitations. Book an e-appointment for further details about the cards and wedding card templates.

2. Making your choice, place your order on our website. Input your text in the provided Editor Box or upload an MS Word file using the ‘Choose file’ button. Download editable MS Word examples [here]

3. You don’t need to create the layout precisely; our designers will handle that. They’ll adjust fonts, colors, and add graphics as requested to fit the chosen card template. Please review spellings, dates, and numbers for accuracy. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a PDF layout proof for your approval.

4. After your approval, we’ll dispatch your customized cards within 4-5 working days.

What's the timeframe for preparing our invitations?

Normally, we require 9 -10 working days to fulfill your order. In the event of supply chain disruptions or other unforeseen issues, rest assured we’ll keep you informed with updates.

Do you exclusively operate online, or do you maintain a showroom?

Yes, we have a customer showroom open for in-person visits, and online appointments are recommended for a seamless experience. Please keep in mind that while we do have a showroom, our primary operation is conducted online.

What is the delivery method for our wedding invitations?

We utilize reliable next-day courier services for secure delivery, requiring a signature upon receipt. 

Are the invitations pre-assembled upon arrival?

Typically, most invitations will not be pre-assembled. Some self-assembly tasks, such as removing double-sided tape and attaching a diamante or tying a ribbon, may be required on your part.

How many invitations should I purchase?

It’s advisable to create a guest list with the number of attendees and those accompanying each invitation. Consider variations for families and individuals. We recommend ordering approximately 10% more than your calculated need.

What if you need additional invitations?

To account for potential errors or overlooked guests, we recommend ordering at least 10% more invitations than required. If a re-order becomes necessary, please note that it will incur higher costs as it will be treated as a new order. The minimum order quantity is 50 invitations.

Can you personalize cards to fit a specific theme?

While not all cards can be customized, some invitations can be tailored to align with your color scheme or theme. Reach out to us, share your envisioned designs via email, and we’ll provide a customized quote.
